Nomad Life is a digital nomad house in Nicaragua.
The client approached Impaque to create a more efficient way for their guests to register for a meal plan. The process they were using was very manual, time consuming, and prone to errors.
We worked with the client to identify the main issues in the existing process. We then designed a solution involving a Messenger chatbot to gather information from house guests every morning, and a spreadsheet that was automatically populated with responses and referenced by house staff daily for accurate information of guests registering for a meal plan.
We delivered the following:
- A Messenger chatbot automatically prompting guests for information on a daily basis.
- Spreadsheet with guest information updated automatically in real time.
- Tool for tracking per guest meal expenses for faster billing at check-out.
